Analgesic Antipyretic and Antibiotics

The antipyretic analgesic is so named because they combine an analgesic action with the ability to lower body temperature in cases of fever (pyrexia). In fact most of the drug in this group combines analgesic and antipyretic properties. All of the NSAIDS are antipyretic analgesic.

Antibiotics are the medicines that fight the bacterial infections in people and animals. They work by killing the bacteria or by making it hard for the bacteria to grow and multiply. Antibiotics can be taken in different ways in form of pills, capsules and liquids.
